how to order
step 1: adding items to your basket
Browse through the website and click on a product image for more detailed information. On most items, you have a size and/or colour options. Select the size and colour you would like to order and click on the "add to my basket" button.
If a specific size or colour is missing in the list, it is currently out of stock or has been sold out. If this happens "sold out black size 10" will be displayed in the description.
If you want to add more items to your basket just click the "continue shopping" button.
step 2: your basket
- You can view the items in you basket at any time by clicking the "basket" button at the top of the page.
- Check the items in your basket. To amend the quantity just change the number in the "Qty" box and select the "update" button. The basket will update your order.
- To delete an item from your basket check the "Delete" box for the item you wish to remove and press the "update" button.
- If applicable, add your promotional code and press "update" button to re-calculate your final price and insert your discount.
- Once you are happy with the items in your basket please press the "checkout" button.
step 3: checkout - payment & delivery details (secure area)
A window will be displayed in a secure area. You will notice the lock in the bottom right hand corner of your browser. The security ensures your order & payment details are encrypted over the internet and remain secure. Find out more about security.
Our checkout will prompt you to enter your delivery and payment details. Once you have completed all the fields marked with an asterisk(*), please select the "submit" button. Please make sure your email address and phone number are correct.
step 4: order confirmation
It is important to confirm your order and payment details. Please check your order and payment details carefully. When you are satisfied with the information please select the "confirm" button.
