French Connection and Seed, two of Australia’s leading retail brands are currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant to join the team.
French Connection is a High Fashion retailer with over 45 stores across Australia, and Seed is an innovative Childrenswear brand with over 20 stores across Australia, one in Hong Kong, and are rapidly growing.
Reporting directly to the Human Resource Manager, this role is a great opportunity to learn many aspects of how a retail company operates, whilst working within a fun and dedicated team environment. The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Managing the weekly incoming and outgoing mailbags for both brands
- Relief Reception
- Ordering and providing Stationery for all Stores
- Administration duties for various head office departments.
This Full Time role is very diverse, therefore strong time management skills and multi tasking skills are essential. This is an entry level position therefore no prior experience is necessary. Full training will be provided.
The successful applicant must enjoy helping people, have knowledge of Office package programs, and have polite phone manner. Proven experience in any of the above will be highly regarded.
